A 25x wagering requirement means you need to bet an amount equal to 25 times the bonus before you can withdraw the bonus funds. For example, if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must place a total of ৳25,000 in bets. After meeting this requirement, any winnings can be withdrawn freely.

Each week, a set percentage of your net losses is returned to your account as cashback based on your VIP tier. The higher your tier from Bronze up to Platinum, the more cashback you receive. Cashback is credited on a set day each week.
The welcome bonus is given up to a maximum of ৳20,000. So if you deposit ৳42,000, your bonus will be ৳20,000 and your total balance will be ৳62,000. Depositing more than this will not increase the bonus beyond ৳20,000. The 25x wagering requirement applies to withdraw the bonus.
